missing my old hood
We used to live in LA next door to Silver Lake in Echo Park. Here's a nice glimpse of the area. And! Round Robin Press cards are in all three of the stores featured in this video.

look for the obvious
photo by shannon lowry I have much to blog about but can't seem to find the time. Posting a pic from Margaret's beautiful farm. Lots of printing, orders, and brainstorming going on in the studio. Check out Jackie's work. She did the "I am ________" project I posted about last year. Lovely pics from China. And last, we're having a spring sale in our etsy shop, please stop by!

Ruby and Esme have wings!
Kathie Sever and Shannon Lowry I'm double posting here and over at back and forth project. This picture pretty much sums up how we feel today. We got the green light, we have an agent! In just a few days from now our children's book Ruby and Esme will be landing on editor's desks far and wide. We should know something by mid-summer. Until then you can listen to Kathie and Bernadette's podcast interview over at craftypod...and then go on vacation and think bidding war for Ruby and Esme until you here from us again! How can you help us?...

Made me kinda miss it, too. R and I used to take daily walks up into the hills over the reservoir to check out all the houses, and I definitely miss that.
I don't miss the spindly palm trees, though!
